Float owners must  make a reservation either to stay at Harbor Ridge Resort during Weeks 1-6, 8-14, 44-46, and 48-50 or have a week deposited with an exchange company.  It is strongly recommended that an owner make a decision about how they are utilizing their week as soon as possible.  A week cannot be held over from one year to the next unless a week is deposited with an exchange company.  An owner's maintenance fee for the year must be paid prior to receiving a float reservation.
